We offer affordable health, dental, behavioral and women’s health care through the use of the sliding fee discount program to uninsured and under insured qualified individuals and families. As a federally qualified community health center, HCHC also participates in the 340B Prescription Discount Program, giving patients access to reduced prices on prescriptions.
